俱乐部野鸡

The historic 俱乐部野鸡 property located at 2525 Jefferson Boulevard was acquired by the City in December 2022, following the permanent closure of the restaurant by the Palamidessi family. The City's acquisition provides an opportunity to explore the improvement and reuse of the building and property to include adaptive reuse, 维持与食物有关的用途, and preserving the legacy of the property as a West Sacramento landmark.

The property was declared surplus property pursuant to the California Surplus Land Act (SLA) in April 2023. After completing the required SLA noticing process, the City has now contracted with 特顿商业地产 to market the property and assist with soliciting proposals for the purchase and reuse of the site.
